Do these have a restrictor that will need to be removed to SBR like a 107UR?

I for one, would put a down payment on a AES-10b if they’d just bring some in.

Perhaps...my guess is that sense they are made of off the the self parts it will become a regular or semi-regular import like the Draco mini.

AES-10B, I think we all would like to wish, I know I wish I kept more of them, but they were all made from surplus parts and not a good seller when they were coming in, much like the PSL, so I am not hopeful.

Noob question, what's really the difference between this and a WASR except the front sight being on the gas block? Is the quality better? Collector item?

SBR it, take that junky wood off and replace it with a Romanian laminate set with a dong and then you would have a fun rifle.

Not much than that already noted. As for a collector item hard to tell yet, but anything imported tends to be at one point or anther.

It's good to see that Romania is finally importing new things to the US Market, hopefully we can get an AES-10B again.

It's really neat looking. Would be slick sbr with a wire side folder. Not much more than a wasr either. The m+M were neat but over priced, I didn't like the furniture.

Don't worry the next rifle they have will be the yugoslavian galaxy destroyer death star velociraptor paratrooper defender.

I guess you do what you must to get shit sold these days and I love atlantic and can't blame them for trying to give it a cool name but wth does that have at all to do with paratroops?

If these guns came through century that means likely the AES10Bs would also come through century who are currently trying to peddle their $1000+ RPKs off so I highly doubt they're going to jeopardize that by importing something and selling it for sub $800. Just my opinion.

Yea that's what I was thinking when this first popped up. And GTF outta here with that A2 Bird cage on an AK. About the same effect as putting a slant brake on a AR for me....

We are not going to say we are the Exclusive but we did purchase all that they had to offer at this time. The rifle fills a Niche in the Imported AK line up for those who may SBR in the future or are looking for a rifle that is less front end heavy.

Try it before knockin it.

Actually opposite effects......one is a brake, the other is a flash hider.

I use to say the exact samething til I tried it. It hides the 7.62x39 flash very well.

All I can say at this time is Atlantic is working hard on new offerings for 2018 but we do not like to leak out info in advance. Loose lips sink ships is the Old WW2 saying and it also apply s to this business and imports & we do not want to over promise or Hype products . I can say that our team is Investigating the RPK rifle situation & hopes to have a positive outcome . Please remember we are AK aficionados also and want them just as bad as you.

So the boat has been loaded nice of Atlantic to get the ball rolling and Century to open the floodgates

Sounds like it will be a good upcoming year for AK market

Also looks like standard rear sight leaf vs the M10/RH10 RPK one

Missed out on the M10's, kept putting the RH-10 on the back-burner.... looks like the third iteration is the charm.

These would be pretty sweet with a pinned and welded muzzle device bringing it to 16.1" in length.... The Russian Original Flash Hider from CNC Warrior would be a perfect match.
