Is this your "401K"? or did you win the lottery? If so, I am your child that was kept a secret and I am coming for money. Or some AKs

At the present moment, I have another "Iraqi Contractor" WASR 10 + Draco pistol that are expected to arrive to my FFL next week. From this point + forward, I will continue to purchase as many factory made + imported rifles. At the top of my list are the AES10B's (wink, wink)! What other factory made + imported rifles would you folks recommend to me?

Hey! I have that same picture! Ikea right!! I used to live in London and rode that 38-bus from Leyton to Victoria station so get crazily nostalgic when I saw it and had to have it..

Ohh..AAANnnnnd..

Nice AK's there.

I won the lottery in having a girlfriend (soon to be fiance) that is extremely supportive of my passion for firearms and AK's as of late!

Sadly enough, that photograph was sold this past weekend. It had served me well since purchasing it in 2011.

Thank you for the kind words!

Yet being the operative word, my friend. It is a slippery slope once you purchase your first. Please update us in this thread when you have pulled the trigger on your first AK!

Two weeks ago, I received a message from the gentlemen that sold me my 2nd AES10B that he had another AES10B for sale. He explained to me that he was rounding 3rd base headed for home plate in completing the restoration of his 1968 Chevrolet C10. Therefore, he was needing the cash to complete it + the opportunity to purchase his last AES10B presented itself.

Last week, we went back and forth on pricing + agreed to meet this week. We agreed on $650 + two 440 round tins of 7.62x54r in exchange for his in box AES10B + three Romanian 75 round drums. Fast forwarding to today, the deal was completed + I have completed the holy Trinity of AES10B's!

If I may make a suggestion....get a couple top loading milspec Romanian drums. Much better quality than the backloaders IMO and the steep angle when inserted just looks menacing.

Thank you for the recommendation, my friend! Top loaders have been on my short list of items to buy. The seller of the AES10B offered me the three Romanian back loading drums for a tin of surplus 7.62x54r. I would have been hard pressed to pass on that opportunity!

One question for you, do you plan on doing anything as far as maybe making at least one with some add on accesories? I have one that made into my HD gun with a new rail, light, optic and grip ect.. basicaly just for fun and to add a different look to my collection. Again very nice selection and great taste in firearms!

My Arsenal SLR107FR-31 has a Ultimak Optics Mount, AimPoint T2, + ARMS #31 mount waiting to be installed. I have spent an inordinate amount of time traveling for work as of late and it has withheld me from installing it + dialing it in at the range. I reckon my SGL21-61 will follow suit of the 107 as well. Outside of that, my plan is to keep them stock.

Thank you for the kind remarks, my friend!

After a three month buying hiatus, I am officially back in the saddle! I am closing out the year with the purchase of a Arsenal SLR107-34 with a metal side folding stock. The rifle is new, unfired. In addition to the rifle, I received two Bulgarian slings, the cleaning kit, + three surplus 30 rounds magazines (Two blued YUGO BHO's + one Hungarian).

Without further ado, I present my newly acquired 107-34!

Arsenal SLR107-31 + Arsenal SLR107-34

Thank you for the well wishes, my friend! I will continue to buy as opportunities present themselves! My first panic experience was post Sandy Hook. That was an eye opening experience for me. From that point and forward, I vowed to never take any buying opportunities for granted. If the price is right, I will continue to purchase firearms, magazines, + ammunition.

Beautiful offerings, my friends! May I please trouble you for a rundown of the rifle models that you have pictured? Thank you for sharing!

Top L-R
Century Polish M1960, WW Bulgarian AK74, IO Polish Archer, AWO Yugo M76,
Atlantic E.German MPIKM, Valmet M62 (Finland), Norinco NHM91(China), Arsenal SLR101-S (Bulgaria)

Century Bulgarian AK74, IWI Galil M-386 (Israel)

As you can see a mix of old & new, expensive & cheap. All are flawless. Of course some are more accurate than others.
