Its been discussed here already.

If cheap enough, I'd grab one. For the sheer novelty of it. But its "meh" IMO

I just don't see the use for a 9mm AK pistol. Way too big in size for a 9mm pistol. If you want a 9mm pistol there are much more compact guns out there that hold plenty of rounds.

We did the unboxing today. This is NOT made by Chiappa but by Nova Modul in Cugir Romania. Chiappa is just the importer. Basically this is a 9mm straight blowback Micro Draco.

Glock magwells are coming. MSPR is 569 but they should go for under 450.

Thanks for the info, any idea if they will have longer barreled versions?

Will micro Draco wood fit it? Grip looks a little off, standard AK pattern? The furniture and Beretta mags kill it for me. Would love to have a nice Glock mag 9mm AK pistol with a classic wood look though. $450 range would just be icing on the cake.

Micro length. With how long this has been coming, the rifle version may be at least a year out.

Gotcha, was hoping RAK might have been the mini, not interested in a full length 9mm ak rifle. I'll deal with micro draco length once Glock versions are available.

Thanks

Pretty sure the RAK will be a full sized WASR in 9.

Is there a release date? I hope they make a Colt and/or MP5 magazine adapters as well. Sure Glock and Beretta mags are plentiful, they just look like shit in a 9mm AK IMHO.

As ugly as it is, anything that is imported is a good thing for the market. Is it made by Romarms/Cugir or just made in a warehouse in the city of Cugir?

beats the crap outa paying $600 to have a shop convert a m85 pap to 9mm.

it also is a great alternative to the Kalishnikov USA vityaz clone… because that one may never actually come to market.

I'd rather have a Scorpion Evo and SBR the shit out of it. 9mm AK pistol is just meh to me.

Any ideas on what that plate is above the PG? A reinforcement plate?

That doesn't sound bad for a project/budget blaster. I have a scorpion evo and while I love it and shoot it the most lately, I do realize that $800 is a bit to drop on a 9mm. I didn't like paying for it but I knew I wold love it suppressed.

"The PAK-9 Pistol features an interchangeable magazine adapter (sold separately) that allows you to convert from Beretta® style to Glock® style magazines easily and without tools. "

I'll most likely buy 1 pending reviews online. It's fugly, but....oh well.

Third attempt, hopefully this order isn't cancelled due to no inventory! Any luck, review soon.

Ordered one from Buds on 2 July and got it yesterday. Much more solid than I thought it would be. It is fugly, but I think it will be a fun range toy. The wife thought it looked fun and I never pass up a chance to buy a firearm that she likes.

Let us know how you like it.

Also, "if" that handguard comes off in a way that doesnt damage anything. If I got one of these, I'd take a whack at making a replacement HG out of wood or something.

Some pics would be awesome!
