Default Cure for loose-fitting bayonet?

I have a 2016 WASR and a standard fare Bakelite (Type I?) bayonet. It's identical to this one:

It clips on the lugs without any issues, but it rattles around. A LOT.

Is there a fix for this? Or does my WASR just have little lugs?

They all rattle a little, no big deal, you can peen the edges of the locking lug inside the handle of the bayonet if it bothers you. You will have to remove the piece from the pommel of the bayonet first.

The dried blood and guts of your unfortunate enemies will hold it tightly in place. It’s a design feature.
